Youphinh Chanthadara

Youphinh Apaiso Chanthadara, age 82, of Asheboro died Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Mrs. Chanthadara was born June 1, 1938 in Thailand. She was a member of Samthong New Hope Church in Mt. Gilead and retired from Acme-McCrary. Mrs. Chanthadara loved to garden and cook for her family. Her favorite thing in life was spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Khamtanh Chanthadara and daughter, Samphanh Ounesivixay. She is survived by her children, Anan Chanmaly, John Chanthadara, Sayanh Chanthadara, Ben Chanthadara, Thidavanh Thompson, Souansavanh Chu;14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; brothers, Kong Apaiso and Seng Apaiso. The family will receive friends Friday, March 26, 2021 from 5-7:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. Ceremonial rites will be held with Pastor Bounthavone Sombatsaphay and Rev. Sonh Phongsa officiating.
