William "Will" Lee Hiatt, age 49, of Randleman passed away Friday, March 26, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.
Mr. Hiatt was born June 1, 1971 the son of Bobby Wayne Hiatt, Sr. and Sandra Julian Hiatt.
Will was a native of Randolph County and formerly worked as a plumber. He attended Randleman High School and enjoyed his years of playing football in school. Will loved deer hunting, fishing and the outdoors. He enjoyed car racing especially watching Kevin Harvick.
Will was preceded in death by his father: Bobby Wayne Hiatt, Sr.; grandparents: Lee Hyatt and Margaret Hyatt, Bill Julian and Mozzel Julian; and a niece: Kiesha Hendricks.
Will is survived by his mother: Sandra Julian Hiatt (Butch Maness) of Randleman; son: Braxton Lee Hiatt (Holly) and grandson: Hudson Hiatt; fiancé: Cherry McKinney, step-son: Rylan McKinney, brother: Bobby Wayne Hiatt, Jr.; sister: Sandra Hiatt Michael (Timothy Michael); nieces: Katee Michael (Paul Carter), Kimberly Moore (Zack Moore); nephews: John Lambe (Tracie Lambe), Billy Webster (Julie), Lee Hendricks; great nieces: Khloee Hendricks, Harlee Carter,; great nephews: Whyatt Hendricks, Dalton Todd and Noah Todd; many loving aunts, uncles, and extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 31, 2021 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, everyone is required to wear a mask inside the funeral home.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 11:00 am at Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery, 3650 Bethany Church Rd., Franklinville with Scott Hyatt officiating.
