Wayne Joseph Bunting

Mr. Bunting was born on September 24, 1958 and attended Eastern Randolph High School. Wayne was a member of Seagrove Christian Church and was a retired tree trimmer. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Raeford and Marie Bunting. Wayne had a soft heart for children. He enjoyed going to the beach and loved deep sea and freshwater fishing. Wayne loved sports, muscle cars, and Harley Davidson motorcycles.
He is survived by his cousins, Monroe McDonald and wife Maxine of Seagrove and Myra Chriscoe and husband Graham of South Carolina.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 10-10:45 am at Seagrove Christian Church, 424 East Main Street in Seagrove. A graveside service will follow on Thursday at 11:00 am at the Seagrove Christian Church Cemetery with Pastor Bo Wansley officiating.
