Walton Samuel "Jabo" Kearns, age 48, of Union, SC passed away May 17, 2023 at Union Memorial Hospital.

Jabo was born in Randolph County on July 26, 1974 and was a landscaper.

He is survived by his wife of 7 years, Kimberly La'Faye Pope; son, Cam Kearns of Elizabethtown; step-children, Mariah Ling Monk of Dawsonville, GA, James "J. E." Monk, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; father and step-mother, Walt and Diane Kearns of Asheboro; mother, June Buff of Morganton; daughter, Ashlie Kearns of Union, SC, Juanita Kearns (Charles Hornsby) of Union, SC, Rebecca Kearns of Lincolnton.

A private service was held.
