On May 5, 2020, at Randolph Hospice House, almighty God in His infinite wisdom, determined that Tracy, His child and our loved one had endured enough. The Lord, then, gently reached down, and carried Tracy home.
Tracy was born in Randolph County, on August 2, 1949 to the late Tracy R. Brower, Sr. and Alberta M. Brower. He attended school in Randolph County; attended Oakland Baptist Church and later joined Stout's Chapel UMC, where he served as a Certified Lay Speaker, and assistant to the pastor. He proudly served in the United States Army and the Randolph County National Guard. He was currently a member of New Beginnings Christian Fellowship, where Michael White serves as pastor.
He was united in holy matrimony to Reverend Linda M. Brower in 2005 and also leaves to cherish his memories, two sons, Daron Brower (Terri), Timothy Brower (LeAnne); one step-son, Rodney Person (Andrea), one sister, Girlena McBride, 16 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, a very special niece, Minister Ernestine Caviness, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A private service will be held. Interment will be held at a later date in Salisbury National Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph, P.O. Box 9, Asheboro, NC 27204-0009.
