Tommy Stevens

Tommy Stevens, 73, passed at his home on February 4^th, 2023. Tommy was born on January 29^th, 1950 in Roberson County to John and Ruby Russell Stevens.

Tommy always loved life and was a simple man. He and Shirley were married for over 36 loving years. Tommy worked for the Guilford County Sheriff Office where he retired after 34 years of service. He and Shirley enjoyed sitting on their front porch and waving at passing drivers. Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Elise Thompson, Katherine Baxley, and Irene Croom; and brothers Carl and Pete Stevens.

Tommy is survived by his wife Shirley, brother JD Stevens (Merle), and sister, Johnsie Bryant; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 8^th, 2023 from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home-Randleman, 600 S. Main St., Randleman, NC. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm at Pugh-Randleman Chapel with his wife, Shirley, officiating. Burial will take place at Guilford Memorial Park following the service.
