Tammy grew up and attended Verden public schools in Verden Oklahoma. Upon graduation she attended South-Western Oklahoma State University and obtained a degree in Education with a minor in Business. She continued her education with a Master's Degree from Oklahoma State University which later opened the opportunity to transition to children's book writer and editor in North Carolina. She truly loved watching kids grow and learn. After that she decided to return to the classroom and loved working in North Carolina school districts. While doing that she also started as a Real Estate agent. This was her second career. She truly loved people and wanted to help them. Whether it was pointing out things for buyers to look for or making sure everything was done correctly. She was very community-oriented, donating her time, funds and love for various school, church, community events. She was selfless, doing much of it in a way that no one knew she had done it. It truly spoke to her strong faith, heart, and character. She touched many lives in her day-to-day life over the years and hoped she had left a positive lasting impression with you. She will be deeply missed.
