Shiphrah Lois Cranford

Shiphrah Lois Cranford, age 56, of Asheboro died Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation, Asheboro. Mrs. Cranford was born January 11, 1960 the daughter of Charles Shanas and Lillian Bescher Shanas. Mrs. Cranford was a native of Randolph County and a homemaker. Known for being a selfless person who was a fighter and survivor, Lois loved Bible study, church and playing Bingo. She was preceded in death by her father and 2 sisters. She is survived by her husband: Vince Cranford; daughter: Andrea Smith and her husband, Bruce Smith of Greensboro; son: Adam Henderson of Seagrove; granddaughter: Makayla Henderson; mother: Lillian Bescher Shanas; 3 brothers and 6 sisters. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 10:00 -11:00 AM at Pugh Funeral Home 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 AM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Perry Brown officiating.
