Sandra Iona Julian Hiatt

Sandra Julian Hiatt, age 75, of Randleman passed away May 19, 2025 at Randolph Hospice House surrounded by her family. Mrs. Hiatt was born December 30, 1949 the daughter of William McKinnly Julian and Mozell Trotter Julian.

Sandra was a native of Randolph County. She worked for 30 years at Loflin Hosiery Mill and 10 years at Walmart in Randleman. Sandra loved to fish and watch the races.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Julian; her husband, Bobby Wayne Hiatt, Sr.; her son, William Lee Hiatt; and her granddaughter, Kiesha Annette Hendricks.

Sandra is survived by her fiancé, Yewell “Butch” Ray Maness; son, Bobby Wayne Hiatt, Jr.; daughter, Sandra Hiatt Michael (Timmy); grandchildren, Billy Webster, Kimberly Moore (Zack), John Lambe (Tracy), Braxton Hiatt (Holli), Katee Carter (Paul); great-grandchildren, Whyatt Hendricks, Dalton Todd, Khloee Hendricks, Noah Todd, Harlee Carter, Hudson Hiatt, Hayes Hiatt; sisters, Peggy Cox, Brenda Trotter, Phyllis Simmons. She had many nieces and nephews she loved and cared for as her own.

The family will receive friends Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 S. Main Street in Randleman. A graveside service will follow on Friday, May 23, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Bethany Community Methodist Church in Franklinville with Reverend Scott Hyatt officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Sandra’s name can be made to Randolph Hospice House, 416 Vision Drive, Asheboro, NC 27203. The family would like to thank the staff and all the amazing people who took great care of Mrs. Hiatt.
