Richard "Alan" Czapp age 56 of Biscoe, NC, closed his eyes to this life and opened them to the face of Jesus while surrounded by his loved ones, at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC on Sunday, January 26, 2025.
Alan was born on August 12, 1968, to the late Richard Martin Czapp and the late Peggy Ann Hess Czapp. He worked at Beck Ford as a body shop technician and was in Sales for over 20 years including sales for Wise Chips. He was a jack of all trades and could fix anything. He was very artistic and mostly enjoyed woodworking. He had a big heart and would do anything for anyone. Alan was a member of Main Street Baptist Church in Biscoe, NC.
Alan is survived by his wife, Renee Czapp of the home; children: Ben Bailey (Anna) of Spartanburg, SC, Kim Solorzano (J.R.) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Sara Fesko (Jonah) of Conway, SC, Ethan Kellihan of Pinebluff, NC, and Alex Kellihan of Pinebluff, NC; grandchildren: Olivia, Spencer, Audrey, Alex, and Charlotte; brother: Randy Czapp (Brenda) of Conway, SC; best friend, George Graham; and his faithful canine companions: Sadie and Maggie.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Main Street Baptist Church, 1841 NC Hwy. 24, Biscoe, NC with Pastor Chris Mabe officiating.
