Patricia Louise Johnson

Patricia Louise "Paye" Johnson, age 72, of Asheboro passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the Randolph Hospice House. Ms. Johnson was born in Randolph County on September 9, 1944 to Clayton and Ruth Allred Johnson. She was formerly employed with Blue Mist and Klaussner Furniture Plant #9. In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy A. Johnson and brothers, Junior, Jack, Bruce, Billy, and Rufus Johnson. She is survived by her sisters, Ava Hooker and husband Ed of Asheboro and Nina J. Wallace and husband Gary of Moncks Corner, SC; and several nieces and nephews, great niece, and extended family. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 12:00-1:45 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. Funeral services will follow on Sunday at 2:00 pm at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Wallace officiating. Burial will be in the Whites Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery.
