Myra Wise Waters

Myra Wise Waters, 92, wife of the late Josh W. Waters, died on Thursday June 2, 2022.

Born February 24, 1930 in Randleman, NC, she was the daughter of the late Carl B. and Bessie Williamson Wise.  She was a graduate of Randleman High School and North Carolina Baptist Hospital School of Nursing.  She retired from Randolph Hospital after a 40-year nursing career.  She loved to read, travel and garden.  She was a member of Randleman First United Methodist Church, Randleman, NC.

She is survived by children Sarah Waters Forsythe (Jeff) and Stewart Waters; grandchildren Jeffrey Forsythe (Hannah) and Leigh-Ann Treece (Josh); great grandchildren Jameson and Zoey Forsythe; and several nieces and nephews.  

In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her brothers C.B. Wise Jr., Eugene T. Wise, and sister Sarah Walker.  She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

A private memorial service will be held.
