Michael Vernon Milks

Michael Vernon Milks, age 55, of Randleman passed away on Monday, July 20, 2020 at his home. Michael was born April 5, 1965 to George and Lois Brewer Milks. Michael proudly served his community for 31 years with the Randleman Fire Department. He had a huge heart and was a very giving person. Michael was known for his great sense of humor and being a jokester. He enjoyed camping and going golfing with his buddies. Michael is preceded in death by his mother, Lois Brewer Milks. He is survived by his wife, Leigh Milks of the home; father, George Milks of Seagrove; sister, Pat Milks (Mike) Whitley of Asheboro; and brother, Greg (Teresa) Milks of Seagrove. Michael will lie in state on Friday, July 24, 2020 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Brown's Chapel Christian Church Cemetery, 608 Brown's Chapel Church Rd., Robbins with Rev. Darrell Rabon officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Michael's honor to the Randleman Fire Department, 105 Hilliary St., Randleman, NC 27317.
