Mike Hunt

Michael Brent "Mike" Hunt, age 61, of New Port Richey, FL passed away on July 27, 2022 at his home.

He was born on August 12, 1960 to Walter Franklin Hunt, Jr. and Mozelle Hill Hunt in Asheboro, NC. Michael worked as an IT Systems Manager for Nokia. Michael was predeceased by: father: Walter Franklin Hunt, Jr.; all of his grandparents and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Michael is survived by: son: Skylar Hunt of GA; granddaughters: Chloe Hunt and Spencer Hunt of GA; mother: Mozelle Hill Hunt of Asheboro, NC; brother: Mark Hunt and fiancée Chrissy King of Lake Tillery, NC; two sisters: Dena Willard and Charles of Lexington, VA, and Starla Sherman and Dade of Smithfield, NC. Michael is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be in the Sanctuary of Balfour Baptist Church, Asheboro, NC from 10:00-11:00 and the Service will follow in the Sanctuary from 11:00-12:00 on Saturday, October 22, 2022. 

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or a Christian Ministry of your choice.
