Mary Louise Moore

Mary Louise Huffines Moore, age 92, of Navarre, FL died Monday, September 6, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Winston- Salem.

Mrs. Moore was born February 8, 1929, and was the daughter of Ralph and Helen Huffines

Mrs. Moore was a native of Los Angeles, CA and a school teacher.  She taught for 16 years in Sacramento, Ca and served as the president of the Teacher's Union there.  

She is survived by her husband of 75 years: Dale Moore, two daughters: Guin (David) Nelson of Navarre, FL and Lynn (Jim) Corlette of Gulf Breeze, FL, and two sons: Wayne (Sherri) Moore of Asheboro, NC and Bryan Moore of Navarre, FL; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren

The family will receive friends Friday, September 10, 2021 from 1:00 - 1:45 PM at Gospel Baptist Church, 5945 N. Church St., Greensboro, NC.  The funeral will follow 2:00 PM at the church with Dr. Harlie Miller and Pastor Paul Luttrell officiating.

Burial will be in Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola at a later date.
