Martha Ann Dawson

Martha Ann Dawson, age 47, of Sophia died Sunday, January 5, 2014 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation, Asheboro. Martha was a native of Randolph County. She enjoyed going to Badin Lake and she had a big heart. Martha also loved her music and horses. She is survived by her children: Joseph McDowell of Asheboro, Joshua Dawson and Felicia Dawson both of Sophia; Mother: Carolyn Edwards of Sophia; sister: Leasia Willard and her husband Mark of Randleman; brother: Timothy James Edwards and his wife Jeanine of Sophia; grandchild: Kelly Ann Henderson; 3 nieces and 7 nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 7, 2014 from 12:00-12:45 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm in the chapel with Rev. Perry Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
