Lester Edward Hedrick

Lester Edward Hedrick, age 65, of 567 Ridgeway Circle, Asheboro died Friday, October 26, 2007 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mr. Hedrick was born January 7, 1942 the son of Clifford and Addie (Andrews) Hedrick. Lester was a native of Denton, NC and a wonderful Daddy and Paw-Paw. He retired from a local furniture manufacturer after more than 35 years. He enjoyed playing horse-shoes and won several championships. He was generous with his time helping the blind and handicapped. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife: Janette (Lambeth) Hedrick; son and his wife: Jeff and Angie Hedrick of Asheboro, NC; daughter and her husband: Donna and Mike Bryant of Asheboro, NC; grandsons: Dax Murray, Wes Murray, Landon Hedrick, Kyle Hedrick; sister: Rachel Lucille Cole of Lexington, NC; sister: Irene H. Small of Denton, NC; sister and her husband: Bernice and Larry Kearns of Denton, NC; brother and his wife: Charlie and Patty Hedrick of Lexington, NC The family will receive friends Sunday, October, 28, 2007 from 6 - 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be Monday, October 29, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro with Rev. Donald Dawalt and Rev. Mark Ainsworth officiating.
