Kenneth Kapson

Kenneth Kapson, age 69, of 303 Freedom Dr., Asheboro died Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at Randolph Hospital. Mr. Kapson was born March 21, 1938 and the son of Kenneth and Julie Roberts. Mr. Kapson was a native of New York City. He was a retired New York City Firefighter and also New York City Fire Marshall. He served in the Army during Korean war . Mr. kapson was a member of Pocano Springs Civic Association and he owned and operated KJ's Feed & Seed Company. He is survived by his wife: Florence Hynes Kapson and one son: Kenneth Kapson of Carrollton, TX. Four sisters: Carole Timko of Staten Island, NY, Christine Torre of Staten Island, NY, Rozalind Sweeney of Queens, NY, and Susan Turtletaub of Tamarac, FL. The family will receive friends Friday, December 28, 2007 from 2:00-4:00 PM & 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will be Saturday, December 29, 2007 at 11:00 AM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman with Father Christopher Davis officiating. Burial will be held in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
