Kathy Ann Foster Millikan, 67, of Randleman passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2026 unexpectedly at her home. She was born on September 18, 1959 in Asheboro, NC to Harold Worth Foster and Tulah Mae Kennedy Foster.

Kathy was a wonderful, caring, and beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She had many passions and loved being with her family, especially spending time with her grandkids. Kathy cherished her time at the beach, outside with her sunflowers, in the mountains, or just being with her dogs. Her memory will live on with those she leaves behind.

Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Rodney Millikan of the home; sons, Brandon Laughlin (Jennifer) of Randleman, Travis Millikan (Miranda) of Randleman, Cody Millikan (Megan) of Randleman; grandchildren, Logan, Aislyn, Emma, Haley, Noah, Sawyer; brother, Ricky Foster (Susan) of Silver Valley; and two very special canine companions, Eve and Gus.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, October 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Level Cross United Methodist Church with Matt Strader officiating. The family will receive friends after the service.
