June Neighbors Smith, age 76, of 478 Fern Dr., Asheboro died Monday, December 17, 2007 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marion Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro. Mrs. Smith was a native of Randolph County, was retired from Ramseur Interlock, and was of the Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dempsey Smith, and her son, Rick Smith. She is survived by her sisters, Carole N. Ravenhill of Phoenix City, AL, Martha N. Hardin of Franklinville, NC and brother, Randy Neighbors of Franklinville, NC. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 20,2007 from 12:30 - 1:30 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
