John Cessil Pierrard, age 54, of Asheboro passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. Mr. Pierrard was born in Seattle, WA on December 24, 1966 to John Martin and Helen Ann Huitt Pierrard. John was employed with Technimark as a Senior Engineer. John was a very selfless, straight forward man. His greatest love was his family. He never met a stranger and encouraged everyone. John lived life to the fullest and loved riding motorcycles and trout fishing. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his son, Sean Michael Pierrard and sister, Linnea Michelle Pierrard. He is survived by his significant other, Amy Cole, son, Robert John Pierrard, stepsons, Thaddeus Horton and William Clay Lynthacum all of the home; and sisters, Loris Marie Pierrard-McCoy (Michael) of Hamilton, VA, Laurellyn Melora Pierrard of Houston, MO, and Lianne Martin Pierrard of Mooresville, NC. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 18, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue in Asheboro. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dean Pollard officiating.
