John William Adams

John Adams, 71, of Asheboro, died Thursday, February 18, 2010 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 10 am Tuesday at Pugh Funeral Home, Randleman. Burial will follow at 1 pm Tuesday at Salisbury National Cemetery. Surviving are wife, Carolyn Adams; Stepmother, Jacqueline Adams of Palmdale, Calif.; siblings, Jess Adams of Thailand, Betty Durham of Spokane, Wash., Danny Adams of Templeton, Calif., Joceile White of Smithsburg, Md., Phillip Adams of Palmdale, Calif., Jared Adams of Lancastrer, Calif.; children, Pamela O'Neal of Virginia Beach, Va., John Adams Jr. of Ridgecrest, Calif., Mark Adams of Randleman, Robert and Richard Adams both of Jacksonville, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 3 step children; 1 step grandchild; 1 step great grandchild. The family will receive friends from 9:00 - 10:00 AM Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
