Hilda Parrish

Hilda Diggs Parrish, age 79, of Sophia, died Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Woodland Hill Care & Rehabilitation, Asheboro.

Mrs. Parrish was born February 8, 1939 the daughter of Reece and Edith Diggs. Hilda was a native of Guilford County and retired from New Market School Day Care.

She is survived by her husband: Donald Parrish of the home; sons: Donald Ray Parrish, Jr. and wife Robin of Randleman, and James Eric Parrish and wife Paula of Sophia; daughter: Wincy Ann Thompson and husband Willie of Sophia; grandchildren, Tracy Lynn Parrish of Sophia and Trey Parrish and wife Amber of Randleman; great grandchildren, Houston and Brooke Parrish; Beloved Pet, Chance.

The family will receive friends Friday, March 30, 2018 from 12:00 - 1:30 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the chapel with Rev. J. Arnold Luther officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
