Glee enjoyed a full life of music and art. She loved to play the piano and wood carving was her favorite past time for twenty-five years. She never met a stranger and she loved to entertain.
She is survived by her daughter, Jill Conrad (Barry Conrad); granddaughter, Nina Allen (Jonathan Allen); and great grandsons, Macon and Marcus Allen.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of Davidson County. Hospice enabled Glee to stay in her home as she wished.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, Oct. 6th at 4 p.m. at New Jerusalem Lutheran Church. New Jerusalem is located across the street from Silver Valley Elementary school in Davidson County. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church.
