Ernest Alton Hemenway

Ernest A. Hemenway, (72), of Charlotte, NC passed away on January 27, 2023 of natural causes. Ernest, known to loved ones as Ernie, was born to parents Howard and Elizabeth, on January 2, 1951.  

 Ernest is survived by his ex-wife Rebecca, and his children Zackary, Nicholas, and Heather, as well as 4 grandchildren. He was a golf enthusiast who worked for the City of Charlotte for over 35 years.   

Immediate family will be invited to services at Independence Hill Baptist Church in Huntersville, NC.
