David H. Dumph, age 44, of 4217 Old Marlboro Rd., Sophia died Monday, December 17, 2007 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 7:00 PM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Edward J. Arroyo officiating. Mr. Dumph was a native of Orlando, FL and was employed with Davey Tree Company. David was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend. He is survived by his wife, Linda Dumph of Sophia, NC, special girlfriend, Angie Baldwin of Sophia, NC; daughters, Kasie Thornton of Asheboro, NC, Christina Dumph of Asheboro, NC; son, Joseph Thornton of the home; sisters, Rebecca Fiedler of Orlando, FL, SuToy McDonald of Asheboro, NC, Dixie Knight of Newport , TN, and brother, Bill Davis of Key Largo, FL. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 20, 2007 from 5-7 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
