Ms. Cooper was a native of Colorado Springs, Colorado and was employed as a waitress at Carrabba's Restaurant. She is survived by her mother: Venus James of Hilton Head, SC; father: Robert John Cooper, Jr. of Asheboro, NC, maternal grandmother, Delores Needham and her husband, James Darrell of Asheboro, NC; maternal grandfather: James Okey Bragg of W. VA; aunt: Adina Needham of Asheville, NC, uncles: John Edward Bragg of Atlanta, GA, Dale Bragg of OH, Scott Bayer and Andy Ferguson both of Greensboro, NC and paternal grandfather: Robert John Cooper, Sr. and his wife, Gail of Asheboro, NC. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 2, 2012 from 12:00-2:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 3:00 PM in the Cedar Falls United Methodist Church Cemetery, , Cedar Falls with Tony Sedberry officiating.
