Barbara Lee Goodpasture

Barbara Lee Keesling Goodpasture, 91, of Randleman passed away at her home on Thursday, October 15, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on April 29, 1935 in Sugar Grove, VA to Harry Green Keesling and Clydas Hamm Keesling.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Milton Goodpasture of the home; daughter, Debra Lee Clark (Daniel) of Randleman; grandchildren, Cody Clark (Paige) and Matthew Clark (Hannah); great-grandchildren, Theo, Maggie, Cooper, Maya; brother, David Keesling of Florida. She is preceded in death by her parents and seven brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 from 1:00 - 1:50 PM at Pugh Funeral Home in Randleman. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM in the Eddie Pugh Memorial Chapel. There will be a private burial at Salisbury National Cemetery.
