Ann Hensley Mabe

Ann Hensley Mabe, age 61, of Troy died Sunday, September 18, 2016 at her residence. Mrs. Mabe was born November 1, 1954 in Gaffney, SC the daughter of Richard Eugene and Barbara Jones Hensley. She was a homemaker and attended Lomax Memorial Baptist Church. She was a giving, caring person whose greatest concern was for others. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son: Roy Lee Earnhardt, Jr. and a brother: Richard Hensley, II. She is survived by two daughters: Tammy Earnhardt of Troy and Tanya Mabe of Albemarle; one brother: Jay Dee Saunders and wife Brenda of Asheboro; 7 grandchildren: Angel Freeman (Andrew Needham), Barbara Ann Freeman, Amber Freeman, Christina Freeman, Elizabeth (Lizzie) Freeman, Madison Lawson and Annabel Efrid. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 20, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 North Main Street, Troy, NC. The funeral will be Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Lomax Memorial Baptist Church, Correll Road, Troy with Rev. Chip Bryant officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
