SOPHIA - Allen Thomas Roberts, 53, passed on May 7 at Wesley Long Community Hospital, Greensboro. Funeral will be May 11th at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel in Asheboro; Rev. David Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Park. US Veteran. Survived by his wife, Judy Jenkins Roberts; daughter, Jan "Chrissie" Roberts of Clemmons; daughter and son-in-law, Dena and Robert Baber of Asheboro; sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Harold Houpt of Randleman; grandchildren, Christopher Blair Allred and Christopher Alan Roberts; mother-in-law, Hettie Jenkins of the home; special friends, Frank Calhoun of Greensboro and Jacques Ribault of the home; and his pet dog, Beau.
