Mike Hill

Thomas Michael "Mike" Hill, age 63, of 3800 Asteroid Road, Asheboro died Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at his home. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 11:00 am at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Thurman Williams and Rev. J. Harold Hammond officiating. Inurnment will be in the Mt. Shepherd United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mr. Hill was a native of Wadesboro and a member of Mt. Shepherd United Methodist Church. He, along with his brothers, Jerry and Kenneth established H & H Furniture in Seagrove and Cycle Center of Asheboro. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lois Hill; sons, Jeffery Lee Hill and his wife Laurie of Asheboro, Jonathan "Eric" Hill and his wife Jesse of Asheboro; daughter, Melinda Sue Hill currently serving in Iraq; 8 grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brothers, Jerry Hill and his wife Faye of Thomasville, and Kenneth Hill and his wife Susan Hill of Asheboro. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 21, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. Memorials may be made to Mt. Shepherd United Methodist Church, 844 Mt.
